We are looking for a new team member to join our Sales Department as a Sales Back Office Specialist. The selected candidate will support the sales team in managing operational and administrative activities, ensuring timely and professional service to both clients and agents.

Main responsibilities:

• Entering and managing orders

• Preparing commercial offers

• Updating customer databases and records

• Supporting customer portfolio management and retention

• Acting as a liaison with the Sales Director for handling requests

• Providing phone and email support on products and orders

• Collaborating with the administration team on credit recovery activities

• Attending trade fairs and industry events

• Welcoming and assisting guests at the company

Required qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred)

• Excellent command of French; good knowledge of German and English

We are looking for an experienced, multi-brand Independent Sales Representative to join our team and promote our Waterproofing Line across Italy.

As a key link between the company and its clients, the sales representative is responsible for promoting our products and services within the assigned territory, maintaining strong customer relationships, and actively developing new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage strong client relationships based on trust and product value

• Promote and sell waterproofing products within the assigned area

• Initiate and lead negotiations to secure new contracts

• Provide pre- and post-sales support to clients

• Introduce and explain new products to clients

• Identify and develop new business leads and potential customers

• Conduct regular market analysis and competitor monitoring within the territory

• Participate in industry trade fairs and events

• Report regularly to the sales management team with activity updates and results

Required skills and qualifications

• Professional and courteous demeanor

• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills

• In-depth knowledge of construction or waterproofing products (or willingness to learn)

• Excellent communication, persuasion, and empathy skills

• Background in the construction/building industry
